Biggest debate on campus - what tier is Theta? I think they’re second tier, but some think possibly lower tier. What do you guys think?

What is second tier? They are bottom. I don’t think anybody debates this.

Theta has been bottom for quite a few years now. They’re the lowest other than AOII in recruitment standings and AOII has been improving while Theta’s just been getting worse. One look at Theta’s insta confirms they haven’t managed to recruit any pretty girls in a looooong time.

Mid/bottom but have like 2 dope girls who hold them up

Nothing against the 2 girls (if I know who you’re talking about) but no 2 girls can bring up a whole sorority by a tier, that’s a group effort. Just like how one girl can’t bring the whole sorority down these 2 can’t bring it up either. Yeah they’re hot/ pretty or whatever, but the 2 can’t make up for a whole sorority lol
