sig still having formal even though theyre suspended?

pretty confused how sig is still having a formal even though the primary condition of their IFC suspension was no social events til oct 1 2019

Can confirm they are having a “gala” on the 26th of January. But that’s the date they originally had planned for formal last term. So it’s formal with a different name
