I only ever see these guys in limos. Was at chewies and they pulled up in a motorcade of limos.

Honestly the only time I’ve seen a Phi Delt cab is when he was cabing across the street to meet his Limo.

I was at a Phi Delt party and there was a guy with ginger hair passinng out 100’s to everyone as the left the washroom. Im not sure if this is part of pledgeship but I needed that cash
