The number of sororities participating in COB depends on whether or not x sorority is at quota (the number of members allowed) or not, and how well their membership retention is. If girls drop, study abroad etc then that means more spaces for membership are available for that sorority. Sororities can either participate in panhellenic COB, or some COB events are invite-only (you have a connection to an active sorority member) or you can reach out to their MVP if they post about a COB event publically. Other times, sororities don’t have the need to participate in COB at all because they are at quota. If you want to see all sororities, I suggest going through formal recruitment in September.
