Not specifically a blonde white girl. A lot of recruitment is based off of looks because unfortunately because that’s what people judge the pledge classes by. So whether you’re blond, brunette, white or black it doesn’t matter as long as you’re “good looking”. If you are good looking you have better chances of getting into the “top” sororities. If you aren’t good looking you probably won’t get in through COB but formal recruitement does allow girls to get to know you and if you’re dope looks won’t matter as much.

It's not specifically if you're blonde, it's about if you're pretty. You could be blonde but super unattractive. So seriously, don't go dye your hair blonde thinking it'll get you a bid to a sorority because it literally won't make a difference and there are zero UBC sororities that are predominantly blonde. There is a very diverse mix in every chapter.
If you're really pretty, you will for the most part do better in recruitment, but obviously it also depends on your personality. If you're pretty but really rude or boring to talk to in recruitment, you'll get cut from most decent chapters. Another really big thing is just looking really polished. If you go in with a cute outfit, your hair and nails and makeup done nicely, and you're confident and fun to talk to, you'll do well in recruitment.
