Okay just a theory but: were there just less girls going through recruitment? I remember hearing Panhel was having trouble meeting their target numbers for recruitment registration this year, are sororities just not appealing to as many girls?
BC tbh NO ONE had an "outstanding" pledge class this year like, say, DG in 2015 or ADPi in 2016 - the days of all blonde white girls are gone for basically any chapter (not saying that constitutes hotness just saying that's what people were calling hot at that point)

Honestly like this makes sense...clearly something went wrong there in terms of recruiting girls to even register in the first place on Panhel's part

Can we just take a moment and remember that these girls are actual human beings with feelings and they've just entered the greek system and are immediately being told that they're not good enough or pretty enough?? Get a life loser, focus on your own insecurities. All of the girls found a home and we should all hope they're happy, that's all that matters.

They have to do better to reach out to girls in ways other than social media - yes they had amazing videos and photos but if the girls aren't following UBC Sororities and don't really know about it it won't make a difference...so if they only really know about the frats from parties etc there could be a negative stigma attached
