thoughts on "tiers"

It's hard to see from this website but when you go through recruitment, please don't care about what "tier" a sorority is in.

I hate the thought of girls going to a chapter room during tours, really loving the girls that she meets and having great conversations, then seeing stuff on this website and second guessing herself.

Girls, I promise you that all that matters is the experience that YOU have and where you will actually be happy. Focus on how you feel and think about what you want out of your sorority experience. No matter which sorority you join you will get an amazing sisterhood, social life, fun events, sports teams to join, philanthropy to get involved with, and leadership positions to take on.

So don't get caught up in the negativity and just focus on where you feel happiest. No one in real life actually talks or thinks like they do on this website, and joining a sorority is a genuinely amazing experience no matter what your letters are. <3
