how do you become a frat or sorority sweetheart?

by: How

Is it true you just have to sleep with as many members of the chapter as possible?

A lot of the time sweetheart goes to a girl that has been dating one of the guys for a long time AND spends a lot of time at the house, knows all the guys, and helps out with their events.

That being said, just dating a frat guy doesn’t automatically mean you’ll get sweetheart - you need to actually be friends with the rest of the guys too, not just only hang out with your bf.

It also tends to go to older girls (3rd/4th year’s) because they’ve been around longer and have those bonds, though not always. But it’s definitely rare for a girl to get sweetheart in her first year.

be known by a lot of them
big thing is even if you are bff with 5~ people in a frat/sorority other 40~ members don't know who you are
easiest way is to 'bribe' them by giving them stuff (baking cookies, snacks, posting on their page, attending their events) making your name known in general.

tbh this is what vik in alpha delt did and it doesn't work. you really have to genuinely be friends with people and not fake a connection through free food lmao

I mean, wasn't that why there was so much talk around it?
From my perspective you need both; a strong relationship with few (important) brothers/sisters and also be well known by majority of them

gphi's sweetheart is a different story. chicks in gphi openly talk about how vik actually did have the most votes from the active chapter but their president rigged it for that other guy because he's in 4th year and won't be here next year like vik who has future years to win it. the gphi president had to make a post in their group telling girls to stfu and stop being mean to the guy who "won" and to stop telling people that she rigged the votes.

for the most part, to win sweetheart for a frat/sorority you just need to be friends with a lot of the people in said chapter. bring them sweets, baked items, and cute cards. in the end all it is is a dumb title which no one will really care about 2-3 years down the line so its kind of pointless for people to get all worked up about stuff like this. ive heard of girls in the past who shunned the frat after not winning sweetheart, like come on get a grip

He's the alpha sorority relations chair and did cute crap like that for every top tier sorority. He didn't want the award in the first place, but girls in gphi are obsessed with him and were blabbing all over the place to everyone that vik was going to win it which is what caused the controversy. He didn't even take a gphi to his semi or formal nor does he really seem to be close to any of them.

You dont need to bake for them or buy them things. Fiji sweetheart was dating one of them so naturally became friends with all of the guys, Sig Sweetheart isn't even in a sorority and she was good enough friends with all of the guys that she got it. Psi U sweetheart started spending more time there recently and eventually, everyone in the house knew and liked her. You dont need to sleep with anyone to get it.
