what do the top sororitys look for during recruitment?

that's not all there is to it and you know it. please stop spreading such negativity to pnms before recruitment season even starts.

Basically you need these qualities: be really pretty, really put together and well dressed (think Artizia, nails done, hair done nicely), have a high GPA, and be involved in different things (either volunteering, a club on campus, or stuff from high school if you're a first year. Also if you did dance that's a big bonus because half the girls on the Thunderbird dance team are sorority girls and it's good for Songfest.

When you're in the room you need to be confident and put together - have a good balance of talking about your own accomplishments and having a good conversation with them. And just be friendly and fun to talk to.

Kappa really really just looks for looks and girls that are hot. They do not care about grades AT ALL (they'll take girls with GPA's in the 50's and before anyone disagrees multiple Kappas have told me this) and bonus if you are already friends with frat guys/girls in Kappa

DG looks for girls who are very extroverted, bubbly, outgoing, and are comfortable being at the centre of attention. They also look for cute girls (all top 4's do) but they're a bit more mixed in terms of looks

Gamma Phi looks for girls who are very down to earth, genuine, polished and confident. They want girls who are involved and who have good grades

ADPi looks for girls who are very competitive, confident, and very involved with high GPA's/athletic achievement

There are PLENTY of girls in kappa who aren't "hot." That's just not true at all

let's be real adpi cares more about looks than any other sorority

Not every girl in Kappa is a 10 and super hot but that IS what they look for during recruitment. There’s not going to a sorority where every single girl looks like a model (maybe in the States, idk)
