why is beta considered a top frat

I don't really understand why people consider Beta a top house still. I might be wrong, but I feel like they only have some relations with ADPi, aren't as athletic as previous years and don't really contribute to the UBC or Greek community in anyway. Can someone please explain.

I've actually heard this from multiple ADPis. Don't think their latest pc is close with beta at all

Yea I agree, they aren't necessarily the best at any certain thing like most frats are, but still have some great guys. I think it's mostly old reputation keeping them as a top house
