There isn't one. The chapters will individually send out bids and have private ceremonies/events afterwards!

Unfortunately for COB, since there are no RC's to moderate this process, practices vary by chapter.

All I can speak to is the timing. The chapters that have held private events will most likely have sent out bids aready (ADPi, APhi, and I know Kappa had theirs after Open House either yesterday or today), DG & GPhi are not giving out bids this COB, and the chapters who held Open House will most likely have sent out bids by now as well.

Some chapters may contact you if you didn't receive a bid, but I feel like most likely not.

Typical ADPi type of move to not notify those who don’t get a bird. I know for a fact every other sorority has the decency to do so! Even the big ones!!
