do all sororities do cob right after recruitment?

Ik girls who got in through cob at the end of September to gphi and dg and kappa this year but because panhel messed up or something this year does that mean they won’t next year? I already know that I won’t be able to make it to formal recruitment next year but I don’t want to have to wait another year to join a sorority :(

No this situation is totally different! Panhel just reduced the number of girls in each sorority from 107 to 98, meaning sooner sororities no longer had to do SPRING COB because they were already over total. In September, seniors will have graduated and a new pc comes in, but likely at least a few girls from the new pc will drop, other members drop occasionally, etc. Almost all chapters will COB at least a few girls in the fall after Recruitment, don't worry!

Not necessarily. It is often friends because they'll reach out to friends in sororities and tell them they're interested in COBing. But if you wanna COB maybe contact panhel, or find someone in the chapter to email in general about COB!
