Is it true that panhel messed up cob and now none of the sororities are accepting new members this term??

Adpi already had theirs
Kappa and aphi are holding invitation COB but just find someone to contact
Agd, aoii and theta are having open house COB at panhel (check Facebook)
Dg and gphis aren't holding COB anymore

Panhel set an extremely low quota this year since ADPi and Gamma Phi had so many girls drop. So quota is only 98. Even the sororities having open house will only need 1-2 girls but they can take more if they really like you

The panhel quota was not reset because ADPi and Gamma Phi had girls drop? Adpi only COBed a few girls and Gamma Phi didn't COB at all, meaning they were at/over total

No, just because they were still above quota doesn't mean they didn't have a lot of girls drop, contributing to the overall quota dropping.
