theta vs. aoii

^ agd is bottom tier. they're not ever gonna have any relations with a frat again especially considering that alpha delt only cares about gphi and dg and beta only cares about adpi. agd has been on greekrank all year trying to hype themselves up and shove themselves into middle tier when they are clearly bottom. theta will always be better. only an agd would say overwise.

THETA IS BOTTOM TIER. They literally run greekrank it's sad... no frats want exchanges with them not even ksig or psi u. They're irrelevant and no one cares. Their always on greekrank putting down agd and it is so rude and desperate.

My frat doesn't want theta exchanges but we don't cancel on them because that would make us appear rude

Agd used to be upper middle tier like 4 years ago and they had good relations with beta and alpha delt but they've just been getting worse over the years now and they're definitely lower middle now. Their most recent group of grads was actually quite pretty and involved but that's pretty much ended now.
