3rd year rush

I am from America and here its normal to rush as a junior, is it the same up there?

In the US it's common to rush as a freshman and very uncommon to rush as a sophomore or ESPECIALLY as a junior. Here it's definitely preferred that you're in first year as well, though lots do join as second years

Um nope it's def normal to rush as a junior in the us after transferring from community lol 100% American over here

If you went to community college then transferred, you're likely to not be able to meet the financial or academic needs of sorority life so...yeah, it's rare for juniors to rush. I'm American and many of my high school friends are in Greek life at big state schools, and the reason most people go to community college first is because they can't afford four years at an actual university, and those aren't the people that are attracted to Greek life. Not saying that it never happens, just saying it's very rare.
