A snapshot view on how the fraternities at UBC break down:

Alpha Delta Phi: Fairly solid branding and not a bad group of guys. Had a slightly disappointing rush. They step up on projects that require creativity such as the gammies and songfest. Dont throw the best parties and are pretty solitary. Have a reputation for gaming.
Ranking: Middle Tier

Alpha Epsilon Pi: Not really considered part of the greek system. Their 'House' is so far away from the action that they are often forgotten. Have the occasional party. The guys themselves seem fine but quiet, social awkward and a very small membership. Having said this they do still throw exchanges that are not considered bad.
Ranking: Bottom Tier

Beta Theta Pi: Typical fraternity image. Guys are very sport orientated, are often considered douchey but the guys themselves are actually very solid. Harsh hazing process and the house has a bad reputation for events that have occurred in the past. Guys are considered hot by most girls. Like AEPi their house is away from the action so they tend to do their own thing. but have a good reputation for parties
