"top tier"

So if you're in a middle tier sorority, would you still have exchanges/be friends with guys in top tier frats or do they just not even bother?

All sororities do exchanges with all the frats. Maybe looking as a collective group, some frats may prefer to hang out with certain sororities more than others. But that doesn't mean they're going to be like "Oh that girl's in [insert sorority here]? I'm not hanging out with her."

Yea its not that deep. Everyone is friends with whoever they want
