honestly, i used to think sig was rly good but now i just kinda think they're washed up and don't recruit that well anymore, they've let some pretty questionable people in over the past couple years, more so than average

Sig hasn't been recruiting well in the last years, Phi delt is cool if you're rich, white and love nose candy, Fiji is for hipsters, beta is irrelevant after october. Other frats have been doing better

If I had to put them in "tiers" (which are so subjective for frats anyway):

Top: Fiji, Phi Delt, Beta
Upper Mid: Sig
Mid: Dke
Lower: AlphaDelt, KSig, Psi U, AEPi
Bottom: Zeta

UBC doesn't really have strong divisions between fraternity tiers. I'd say that the most widely regarded organizations as being cool, doing the most stuff, throwing the best parties, and holding solid sorority relations would fall onto the following (in no order whatsoever)

Sigma Chi
Phi Delt
Fiji
DKE
Beta

You've got beauties in every house and boogers as well. The ones that are still at the bottom are probably k sig aepi and zeta psi. Deke also starts a lot of drama lol
