High GPA definitely increases your chances of getting invited back to more sororities (not sure about fraternities). Some sororities automatically cut girls that don't meet GPA requirements.

Yes, it 100% would especially for sororities like theta. Even some top tier sororities like adpi and gamma phi also put large emphasis on GPA

AOII and Theta automatically have to drop girls if they have below a certain GPA (Theta it's 71, not sure about AOII)

everything helps! certain sororities like theta do value gpa more than others, but having a high gpa is a good thing to have no matter what house you're considering!

If you're a first year coming out of high school your GPA is obviously in the 90s since you got into this school so you don't need to worry about the GPA requirements unless you're going through recruitment in 2nd year or later
