The rankings mean literally nothing. A lot of jealous people eager to hate on each other, that's all. I'm not just talking about those four, but all of them: if people sense that one sorority is getting too much praise, they'll swarm to that page and throw around insults until they feel better.

I absolutely encourage you to rush next year! I read this site before recruitment and it made me nervous, but I can promise you that this site does not reflect what sisterhood and Greek life is really like (I haven't even heard one sister mention Greekrank, 'tiers' or anything along those lines, since I joined my chapter... either they haven't heard of it, or it means literally nothing to them)
