getting cut
by: PNMSo I know the process is secret but I'm feeling really confused about why my top chapters dropped me after tours. I seriously thought I'd found home when I walked in. Does it ever happen where you have a real connection with the girls but you still don't make the list?

it's nothing personal but they are looking and ranking you based on overall factors like academics, activities, leadership, personality, image (meaning is she put together, did she make an effort), charisma, etc. Are your grades top level? Are you really involved and ambitious? Are you out going and did you carry the conversation and ask questions? Did you show you had some personality? Even if you did all of these things, there are only a certain amount they can invite back and it just might be that others performed better.

If you rank a chapter as your first and they rank you back, then you will get them. If you didn't get your top choice that means they didn't want you period

there was two chapters i felt SO at home in but i only got asked back to one for pref. at the time i was so set on the one that dropped me i didnt realize that the two i got in to i was bst suited to, and not suited to the other chapter at all. give the ones you get back into a chance! you never know, the girls in the chapter are the best at seeing who is the best fit
