Which fraternity's pledging processes is relatively laid back? Not tryna get hit with a paddle or have hard liquor poured down my throat

Yeah sig doesn't really have any sort of pledge process. pretty much get initiated

Sig doesnt even haze its disgraceful...they walk in the door with big egos...get told how cool they are the whole process, and come out of initiation as even bigger douchenozzles.
