tiers

Why do people on this site care so much about 'tiers'? Even if tiers did exist, employers or anyone in the outside world don't give a damn what sorority you are/were involved in. The Greek System isn't even made up of that many compared to the student population at UBC, and those not part of Greek life can barely list all the frats and sororities, let alone care what so-called 'tier' your sorority is. Girls join different sororities, yes, but in reality they are all so similar. They all have a philanthropy, rituals, sisterhood, etc. And in reality, I know so many girls who are friends with lots of others in the Greek system. So this whole idea of tiers is completely catty, unnecessary, and dumb. If you care that much about popularity or status, then you definitely joined the Greek System for the wrong reasons.
