Most improved: Hands down APhi. They've gone up like crazy these last few years. They are actually quite hot now and are solid middle tier despite being very bottom a few years ago. ADPi was the most improved last year but their new PC defiantly doesn't justify that. Theta has also improved a bit.
Least improved: Last year it would've been gamma phi - they live off a rep and their alums show up to every single event acting like they own the place. They've also been getting less and less hot every year. However, they did win some awards this year which was a huge shock and they consistently have high grades so the least improved now is differently DG. They also live off a rep and don't win any awards, nor sweethearts and have horrific grades, they're on the verge for bottom tier.

The weird thing about even talking about/comparing different sororities is that they all have really different girls with different personalities.
Kappa has the really beautiful girls, but the downside to that is that they're really competitive as well.
DG is the stereotypical American sorority, all pink and blondes and makeup, very bubbly but they're not super involved.
ADPi's are really driven and competitive, involved, have a ton of girls that do well academically but are also pretty.
Gamma Phi's are kind of catty, image driven and lack participation; definitely slipping
Theta is all around solid but not excellent in any one area, girl next door vibe, great sisterhood. Katwalk is always great and they really care about philanthropy
APhi is sweet and down to earth, and are a little more alternative - like less 'sorority'-ish and more likely to be found at house parties from the ones I've met
AGD is (duh) really athletic, sporty, competitive but also nice
AOII are very academically and leadership focused, not the most social as a whole but strong sisterhood

This is true. It still weirds me out how the aphis are here, every single chapter elsewhere are THE stereotypical sorority girls. DGs and APhis almost always compete on that level. And then there's UBC Aphi's... Must have been a rough patch when intl decided to colonize here

I mean I guess it depends on what you value. I don't think not being a 'stereotypical' sorority is a bad thing nor do I think being competitive is a good thing. Like my friend in DG said some of their girls aren't allowed to be on their social media and some girls are there to boost the GPA while the others are there to be on the 'marketing' side of things. Which just seems really fake to me.

^Person above is 100% wrong...I'm in DG and literally I've never heard of any of those things you said. Everyone in DG is allowed to be on our social media. We have a GPA standard just like every sorority. We accept girls based on their overall personality and resume, not just 1 aspect (and we definitely don't choose girls just make us "look good")

Not in DG but don't believe everything you read online! Realistically no one except those in the sorority know what's going on, but I think it's safe to say that there's no way they do stuff like that

To everyone being like "APhi hasn't improved..." An Alpha Phi is the Panhellenic president, a girl in APhi won the individual leadership award, they recruited a really diverse pledge class this year, and they were the only sorority to have an exchange with every single fraternity this year. Not to mention, honestly they're just really nice girls. One of my best friends is an APhi. No, they're not DG or Kappa, but they also recruit very different girls from those two. It's not necessary to put other sororities down to build others up, and I wish everyone would stop doing it. Y'all know pnm's look at this stuff.

seriously guys instead of putting sororities down can we just APPRECIATE the people that did win awards??? awards are suppose to bring attention to the accomplishments some ladies achieved, so lets celebrate them both the chapter awards and individual awards and use them as a tool of inspiration instead of jealousy/superiority
