Don't really know anyone else going to UBC next year. Is going to fraternity rush alone weird?

no. it is not weird and most guys do it alone. even if you feel weird about it don't worry because in the end everyone will end up getting a bid somewhere (as long as you did everything properly/made an effort)

Isn't the point of rush to meet new people? LOL what's the point of going with tons of people when you wanna meet new people? I don't get your question

Don't be a douche, try to look your best and you're basically a shoo in. Fraternity rush isn't as competitive as sorority recruitment and we don't judge. I rushed alone and so did around 75% of my PC. If you go with friends youll probably all get bids at different places anyway.

And like said above, rush is all about meeting people so theres nothing wrong with going alone

if ur living on campus you'll probably find someone to go with but if not it doesn't matter anyway
