They really haven't. At the moment aphi is on par with agd, and just behind theta. Their relations with fraternities has improved, but they're still brushing off the rep of being easy they gained the past few years. Adpi has slipped but not that much. They still have very attractive very involved girls. They just seem more like Theta now. I feel aphi and others are just ganging up on adpi in an attempt to move up the ladder. Seriously the girls last night at dke and phi delt formal from adpi (i attended one) were stunning. Plus they won 2 sweethearts this year.

ADPI is better than APHI. ADPI is still a top tier sorority. APHI and AGD are not bottom tier. They are not the same neither is bad.

Agreed about ADPi being gorgeous but I don't know a single APhi who hasn't been really nice to girls in other sororities and I know some of them are close friends with ADPi's so I really don't think they would "gang up" on them
