Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.5 Some of the most genuine girls I’ve ever met but some of them are very awkward. They are all super sweet with great intentions but I just had a hard time connecting with some of them during recruitment.

^ Agreeeeeeeeed so much to this. The girls are sweet, genuine and nice but the awkward ones shouldn’t have been there recruiting. The conversation went from genuine and fun to awkward and weird depending on the rotation.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.7 I’m going to go out on a limb here and think that the curse that seems to plague this chapter with never reaching quota, let alone quota plus LOL, hasn’t been broken. Maybe one day ... good luck (again)... maybe figure out how to retain and you’ve won half the battle right there ...
