Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.8 Their sisterhood isn't as strong as it seems. There are cliques with the good looking and social ones in one clique and the "rejects" in the other. It's so clear from the girls social media. Example, all the brown ones seem to hang together and only seem to associate themselves with more social/ better looking girls. How can a sorority preach sisterhood when the entire chapter is divided and some are embarrassed to call others sisters. This chapter needs to improve on so many levels.

LOL well do something to help improve the chapter instead of wallowing in not being friends with the cliques.

every chapter has cliques...are you bff's with every single member of your chapter? no exactly. that doesn't mean the girls aren't friends they just have certain ones who are their bffs. their sisterhood is awesome and what you're seeing on social media is one perspective...hang with aopi's in person and you'll see who they really are...

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.6 Saw their new pledge class and call really tell that these girls do not take anyone based on looks or nationality - various girls from all over the world, mostly kind, academically successful and community involved. Best volunteering and community service among all chapters, take leading positions across campus. Easygoing and chill, but some of them might seem a bit shy when you first meet them. Have all qualities to become leading chapter. Got several hot and VERY beautiful girls in there.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.6 They are very cute and fun, when you're in their company for a while! But they should try to show this to others as well - they don't really care what other ppl think about them, and this might be both good and bad thing. Overall very likeable girls! Some of them are really beautiful and sweet. Amazing academic and community involvement, need to develop social aspect of their sorority. They might become leading chapter in future, if they pay more attention to social media/gatherings/popula rity!

They are very cute and fun, when you're in their company for a while! Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.6 During recruitment these girls were nice, but still managed to make me very uncomfortable every round. The conversations were very forced and I felt like they were trying to pressure me into joining them. I also heard that they were dirty rushing other pnms.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 5.0 I rushed this year and went to all 8 chapters in UBC, so I had experience with all of them. In AOP, atmosphere is different from all other sororities. Here girls do not try to look "super nice" in front of each other. They accept each other will all the mistakes they can make and do not judge anyone for that. It is interesting that these girls wear less makeup than in other sororities as well - I suppose, they are not afraid to be themselves with all their natural flaws in front of each other.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.8 Super awkward experience during recruitment. These girls were just so hard to talk to. The conversations felt pushy and forced. I couldn't get a sense of their sisterhood. Most other rooms I could have a simple and nice conversation in, but this one I could not.
