Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.4 Okay so some of their older guys are creepy, I can't lie but their pledge class this year is amazing with a capital A. The best frat pledge class in my opinion ! The new guys are friendly, fun and well rounded. Phi Delt is definitely going to get better and better in the coming years!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.2 They have this idea of being and dressing "fratty" and try to be like an american fraternity and it fails so hard. They look the part and you talk to any guy for more than a minute and you're consumed by awkward moments.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 3.8 Ok, some guys/girls here clearly have some issues with these guys. I'm not super tight with them either but they don't deserve super negative ratings. There's gonna be weird guys in every frat. Biggest complaints about these guys: not always super classy (gotta keep a leash on some of your boys). Otherwise, they're a good group, pretty easy going, getting more and more popular.

Not necessarily a bad thing if thats what you're into. I just have a number of awkward moments the few times I've been over at their house. Not known for their parties either...suppose to be a dry house. Maybe it is just me but I much rather spend time with other fraternity members. Fiji's, Sigs and dekes are all much more fun.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.4 I can't believe this place is ranked over others. No, boys don't want to be them, and I sure definitely don't want to be with them. There's a few nice guys, but for the most part, they're really ingenuine, over-the-top, rude, and arrogant. They're usually the source of problems in the greek system, their parties aren't fun, and its clear they just rush for numbers. Middle tier at best.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.8 All of these guys are amazing! I can walk into the house, and everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. The only reason I ranked 'classiness' as a 4, is because their 'fun/social life' is way beyond my expectations, and things can get a little messy ;) Love you, boys!
