Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.2 Only Sig, Beta, Fiji, and Deke should be in the discussion for top tier (even though Dekes been slacking a bit these past few years, the quality of their guys make up for it). These guys are just a bunch of geeks that seem like they were picked on in high school and finally found a "cool" group to identity with.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.6 Awesome set of guys. They are really coming up, especially over the last few years, and from what I can see have no signs of stoping. They're unique in that they do what they want when they want, and don't care if anyone hates on them for it. At the same time, they really go out of their way to help out whatever way they can whenever they're needed. They are also generally very helpful/active in sorority philanthropy events

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.0 I agree with "no" in that they don't, and will never, care what people think. They do what they want and love just having fun. Although that means they also don't really care about how the Greek system sees them. They're all close, have a strong brotherhood, but always help out those who they like. They don't put girls on a pedestal ..which is refreshing, but once they get to know you they'll do anything for you. Love these guys <3

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 3.4 Ew how dare you call them "the cleveland brown". Sorry they don't care much about what you think but that's what makes them so great. What I see with them is a killer brotherhood and a ton of support from alumni. I've met people who've graduated 6 or 7 years ago because they still enjoy their brotherhood. That's sick. I love doing REC events with their boys and their new pledge class is great. They'll never be top tier because they have so many different kinds of guys, which is a good thing.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.0 These guys only have great relations with 2 or 3 sororities. Lately they've been all about those ADPis, Thetas, and a few Kappas. Tend to shun the rest a little bit, but seem to be opening up now more.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.0 Phi Delt is pretty damn solid with their current line up. They definitely haven't achieved "powerhouse" status like the Sigs or Beta's supposedly have as they just aren't as popular. However in a few years, it's entirely probably that they could, especially with more recent members/ Quite a few of the guys seem to come from money and definitely have a sense of entitlement, but other than that, most if not all of them are tons of fun, super friendly, and are well liked by most of the sororities
