They kind of have to be welcoming. They have a hard enough time getting people to join (and stay) as it is.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.4 Can I just say WOW. That formal was one of the best Greek events I've been to. I'm not too close with Phi Delts, but I felt extremely welcomed even by all their Phi girls and hang around girls that don't know me. Their roast was brutal, yet somehow respectful at the same time. I could really see that these guys are a tight night group. Definitely jealous of that. I'll be coming around more. And I hope you guys start getting more involved as well!
