Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity Ratings at UBC

Disappointed in beta this year. 2017-2019 was peak! You could call them “men of principal”. Now every guy has an allegation, some rumour about them, or some bad past (idk). It’s extremely alarming that a group of grown men struggle to build a long lasting relation with a single sorority, and that most of their relations have crumbled. Their interpersonal relationships with woman aren’t exactly respectful, they do talk poorly about various woman and have a lot of drama with girls. My sorority is ranked #3 rn (I think) so we mostly hangout with Sig, but the few minutes I stood beside their group at ACF was uncomfortable. So many men talking poorly about woman, gossiping etc. Acting like little girls. Very weird for a frat to do that and it’s honestly unheard of. I miss the beta I knew during my rush year :(((

Saw someone commenting on behalf is our village folks that is definitely untrue. Ive never been to your frat but every beta guys I meet outside of the frat has been extremely nice and chill. Not to mention the lawn parties that I often see you guys host. Great guys keep it up

Can't even name a sorority these dudes got a relation with. worst PC class of 21 by far. the whole village hates these guys

Been to a few of their parties and they’re wild. Had exchange with them and they pulled off one of the funniest and most creative ones I had experienced. I’m a fan of these guys <3

Went to their Toga party and it was crazy. These guys know how to throw great parties. Will be coming back for more.

Absolutely Mad Goofy fraternity. And no not even in a good way. Weird vibes, bad rep, bad relations, bad track records. Not a good look. I mean Least y’all are trying to get involved IG but throwing one massive party doesn’t fix all this 💀

Just hope to see these boys get more involved tbh. Don’t rlly see them involved at exchanges as much as other strats or reaching out for relations. They don’t rlly attend other strats/frats Phil events or participate and stay in their circle. They should put a little more effort into that kinda stuff honestly

A little upsetting to watch the way this frat handles accusations. Efforts seem more like attempts to sweep things under the rug, find the accusers and shame them, rather than take it seriously. And this goes for all the allegations made in the past year and a half. These guys keep going lower and lower because of the lack of responsibility and seriousness in any issue surrounding their fraternity. The best way for them to go back to where they were would be to push for better strat relations, focusing on changing their behaviour, and creating a more positive and safe environment at the events.

Whenever we go on a frat crawl, Beta is always the house that’s most dead, other than PsiU. The guys r really creepy sometimes and their house is just not as fun as the the ones in the village
