At this point Psi U is still lower then most fraternities, they're not as "adventurous" as other fraternities and don't have a huge presence in or out of the greek community. They are really nice guys though and look like they're starting to spice things up a tad...

Yea, Sigma Chi is currently the top tier fraternity because of the huge gains they've made in the past, yet I don't think they're really maintaining it at this point. They've been more MIA then usual, they haven't done anything too "wow", and one thing that really needs to be pointed out is whoever is ranking their hotness is very ignorant to the majority of the chapter, seriously many of them are not THAT good looking...

Phi Delt is on the rise to become one of the top tier fraternities on campus. Sure some of the older guys are careless and a little creepy but they'll be out soon and the recent pledge classes have brought forth some of the greatest members of the UBC greek community (like that british and the dancing guy and many others). They have the more positive momentum at this point then any other frat.

They really are nice guys yet circumstances dictate them as probably the lowest tier on campus. They have such a small chapter, no house, and they are distant from the rest of the greek community with no signs of improvement.

Nice girls but the comment about having the 2nd highest gpa is not true. Theta, GPhi, and AGD constantly have the top gpas.

The comments attacking Fiji on their class and skinny jeans are ridiculous. You armchair gucci wearing feminists need to understand that when you really get to know these guys they treat you just like one of them instead of raising you and your prada shoes on a pedestal. They're mostly nice, easy going and slightly eccentric guys and are always fun to be around. They have had poor luck with parties in the past and have had a drop in popularity because of that but still a great group of guys.
