Really welcoming. Their sisterhood seems really strong. It looks like their rep is going up this year, and they are getting involved more. Middle tier now, but on their way to the top.

When I think of AOII I think of genuine, involved girls. They are also super pretty! They still have things to improve on, but I see them being top tier in a few years.
