Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of South Dakota - USD 1.6 A resume padding organization. They hand out bid cards to anyone to keep their numbers up, hand out so many t-shirts just so people see their fraternity's name more than any others, and don't really care about their own brotherhood. It's just a facade for an attempt at a proper fraternity.

Hand a bid card to everyone, praise the 10% your chapter that actually does something, actively ignore that a large portion of your "brotherhood" are social outcasts trying to pad a resume.
