As an outsider looking in, Theta is hands down the house you want to join if you are looking to be well rounded. These women are incredible intelligent- they get top GPA every semester. Every time I see a Theta she is carrying herself to a very high standard. On the other hand, it sounds like they still know how to have fun on weekends as well. I have never heard any Theta talk badly about another sister or house either. These girls cleared the show at Greek Awards this year as well. This is definitely the house to be in.

This house gets a bad rep around USD, in general. However, when you ask people their opinion of the individual guys in the house you will hear nothing but good things. YES, they know how to party and sometimes get out of hand. But the men of Pi Delt are some of my favorite. They are the most welcoming and some of the most sincere gentlemen on campus. If I had to pick from any of the houses to hang out on a quiet tuesday night I will always choose a Pi Delt. You will always have fun sober or not.

These guys inherited a rough past, but have overcome so much and have just won Fraternity of the year! They are around 35-40 guys and are all great friends. True Brotherhood is their thing, and they live their "Core Values" on the daily. They know how to get things done, have fun, and be gentlemen. They have some of the most prestigious members, (Pres of USD, Pres. of Students, Governor, etc.) and look like that trend will continue for many more years. Great job guys!
