Well. Not having a house and <10 members only works for so long. As of 2020 phi kap no longer exists. Ironically they had the lowest Greek GPA too.

Alpha males. SAE is for leaders and men. Oh and they just built a 3.6 million dollar mansion of a frat house. Easily the best on campus.

Their house is slightly larger than a trailer. They might have 10 total guys but nobody knows them at all. They're the exact opposite of PIKE chapters around the country.

This fraternity has a grown to be the most recognized name on campus with the most potential new members rushing 5 years in a row while only taking on ~25 pledges per year. The guys like to have fun while consistently ranking in top 3 in grades each semester. Doesn't matter if you're from a small or big town. Once you're in, everyone gels well and gets a great experience.
