When you had the Governor, Senator, and president of the University if the same fraternity you know it has to be great. Could work a little harder on brotherhood though. Definitely the alumni's pet fraternity.

Call me a contrarian if you want, but ever PIKE chapter has the same strategy, USD is no different. Hand a bid card to everyone, praise the 10% your chapter that actually does something, actively ignore that a large portion of your "brotherhood" are social outcasts trying to pad a resume.
