I too have good relations with some of them, however the chapter as a whole has more than a few unkind, entitled girls. There's a reason that they are one of the only chapters on campus that attracts these kinds of women, and it's because that's who the majority of the chapter is. Like everyone else here, I don't agree with their direction.

Aphi has been slipping for a while now since they seem to want to beat everyone else instead of making an image for themselves. Now they just seem to be pretty and rich. Dues are astronomical. As a former woman on campus, the organization seems to change ladies, and not in a good way. Freshman, avoid if you want to evade peer pressure, entitlement, and rapidly declining sisterhood.

APhi is always trying to compete with ChiO, but can never quite catch up. Some APhi girls are nice, involved on campus with high GPA's, while others are just in it for the popularity. The girls used to be super mellow and involved a few years back but then they tried to change their image to compete with Chio by getting mostly chi o rejects and now I hear a lot about issues within their chapter

They're one of the top sororities but their chapter is getting less diverse yet even more divided. I always see the same exact couple of girls in the same exact little groups. That's a weakness

In the span of four years, aphi really changed. Now I'm not sure whether that's intentional or not but it's not doing them a lot of good it seems like..

What can I say. Know some Cheaters (on laxbro) and girls who cling onto football guys. Sad. New pledges have rep for easy or throwing themselves at guys. Do better APhi

Stunned I thought I was joining a sorority. Where are the true traditions? I wanted to join a real sisterhood. So sad about this. Why are the older girls so caught up in themselves?

It seems like people just come on this site to bash others... It's also unfair to judge a whole sorority based on a few of its members. I've had great experiences with Alpha Phi women at F&M. They bring up insightful points in class and are always friendly around campus! I also have many great friends in Alpha Phi. People shouldn't be so judgemental!
