This is a group of super nice and chill guys who are definitely on the rise. I've heard plans from brothers to improve parties and be more social, and I think that'll help their standing. Newest group of guys is awesome.

After reading these comments, it is apparent not too much has changed at Ye Old Chi House in 38 years. Too funny! Oh, and all of my ratings are based on what it was from 1975 to 1979.

Most of the girls I've met are outright rude, chapter as a whole is pretty sloppy.
