Every organization has flaws. It is harder to have a great bond when there isn't any housing for the girls. These girls really only get to see each other about once a week unless there's a social/mixer going on. Every girl that I've met, is friendly and genuine. This chapter cares about academics and takes it seriously. They have study hours that need to be completed. They will put girls on academic probation if they're not performing well in school.They're a great group of girls with some flaws
