Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 2.7 saw some good ratings on here and when to see what the hype was about. sad to say absolutely clapped birds. went to a function last august, absolutely abysmal scenes. as soon as I walked into the function hoping to see some fine blondes, three absolute goliaths approached me and carried me into a room with them. I felt like prime aaron donald trying to break through the eagles o-line the way I was trying to get away, but it was an impossible mission since they all mustve weighed 200+. it was like a tsunami of belly rolls pushing me into a room with them. when i say these girls were massive, they were massive. they mustve had pizza pockets stuck in their rolls based on the smells that were entering my nose and their belly buttons were as big as a tennis ball. even after 12 beers and 5 shots they only looked like they lost 50 pounds in my eyes and still resembled that of the great wall of china. i by no means consider myself a 10 however you could never catch me going out like that ever in my life. usually the more i drink the better they look but in this case it was the opposite. -10/10 boys save yourselves the effort as all you hear are the heavy pants of each ogre after they take no more then 5 steps.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 3.5 these other ranks are just other girls from other chapters on campus salty that sigma kappa is on the rise. great group of girls, getting more involved on campus. get a lot of their girls from COB. never had a bad interaction with them!

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 2.7 sk is very much a good sisterhood but not much else. they hardly interact with other sororities and are known for dating each other (i’m not homophobic but that sounds like incest to me). kind of known as the campus weird ones but i’ve never had a bad interaction with them

I’ve never walked into a room and felt disliked so immediately. All the sisterhood they preach is a lie and they are so quick to talk bad about you. 0/10 do not recommend

The people who post negative views on any chapters page are most likely either cowards with nothing to do with their lives or bitter about that chapter for some reason that’s their own fault. I truly hope you all go into recruitment with an open heart, mind, and give every girl you talk to in every chapter an opportunity to connect with you so you can find your sisterhood. If you actually believe anything on this godforsaken website then you do not belong in a sorority, as I guarantee you NONE of the women in greek life at UAB would want you if they found out you were judgey towards another chapter before even meeting them. This message was written last year and I will continue to repost it every. single. recruitment. that I'm apart of. Last words of an active member: NO ONE LIKES A JUDGEY LITTLE GIRL. Just because you become a member of one sorority, that doesn't mean your best friend is apart of a different sorority. Peace, love, happiness.

It was so hard to make friends and I would cry almost daily because i felt so out of place. Everyone seems so friendly but really does not care much about you. I would cry to my roommate because i dreaded going to chapter. I asked my sisters for help many times and got disregarded. I ended up dropping because I couldn’t handle it mentally.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 4.7 Sigma kappa was truly the best decision I have ever made. They are such an amazing group of supporting women and I’ve never felt more loved. We care tons about philanthropy and try to get involved every chance we get. Those that puts us down are ones who haven’t got to know us personally. Take it from me there will be people who hate you everywhere you but at the end of the day comments on sites like theses do nothing. You should go with place you feel most at home and see for yourself how wonderful they are.

Sigma kappa was truly the best decision I have ever made. They are such an amazing group of supporting women and I’ve never felt more loved. We care tons about philanthropy and try to get involved every chance we get. Those that puts us down are ones who haven’t got to know us personally. Take it from me there will be people who hate you everywhere you but at the end of the day comments on sites like theses do nothing. You should go with place you feel most at home and see for yourself how wonderful they are.
