Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 4.2 I may just be an outsider looking in, but it was pretty obvious SK has a great pledge class this year. They are really improving a lot at recruitment. All of the girls I’ve met in SK have been so nice and genuine. They’re not the most popular sorority on campus by any means, but they seem to have a close sisterhood and very sweet girls.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 3.9 SK has grown a lot in the last 4 years. They may not be the most popular sorority on campus or have the “prettiest” girls who join, but they are so genuine and true to their sisterhood. They started from nothing as a chapter a couple years ago and have done a lot for not being a big southern sorority. It’s hard to grow but they’re trting so hard and going in a great direction.

SK is not a well known or “popular” sorority to begin with in the south so it’s hard for them to get pnm’s who want them AND they are new to campus so that doesn’t help them. I think they’re kinda struggling. Don’t have anything against them. Hopefully their new pledge class will help them out this year..

Even if you suicide bid, you get invitations based on rankings by sororities. Sometimes sororities rank girls really low and yet those girls still come back based on how they ranked the sororities. So it isn't necessarily Sigma Kappa inviting you back. It may be because of the sorority rank when you suicide.
