They are the most open-minded sorority and look for PMNs who are genuine and kind. They do not worry about being the pretty, popular girls, although they are quite easy on the eyes and are always focusing on improving their chapter. They are intelligent, independent women who don't feel the need to fit in. They stand on their own.
