This is UAB not the University of Alabama. Pi Kapps at UAB have been number one on campus for decades.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 3.0 They don’t have the best reputation. Girls are always told to cover their drinks when they go to an Pi Kap party. Pi Kap is in LOVE with AGD. Apparently they constantly cancel mixers with other sororities if they aren’t AGD. Pi Kap definitely has one of the best tailgate but their brothers can be stuck up and rude.

Biggest parties and tailgates but also the biggest philanthropy and academic excellence on campus. Super involved group of guys who know how to get their work done but also when to let loose. One of the biggest, if not the biggest, fraternities on campus. And other frats try to ruin Pi Kapp's ranking on GreekRank because they know its true 😂😂😂

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Alabama Birmingham - UAB 1.0 they basically dont exist. they used to be top tier at some point but now they are very much bottom tier. they'll offer you a bid on bid day - dont take it. they give out bids to everyone now and they just want to come back to some form of relevancy. on that note, you shouldnt really be using greekrank anyways.
