Every time I see an AKA I have to do a double take. Genuinely so pretty, nice, and they can stroll like it’s nobody’s business

these girls seem like they are the best when they have the worst reputation around campus. during recruitment, they will make you feel the most loved and the best chapter on campus, and then drop you if you are not pretty enough or have cute instagrams. and if you do get a bid, these girls will act like your best friends and then will judge you and talk poorly about you behind your back. Not a true sisterhood, only care about looking the best and being cute

The girls I rushed with that ended up with alpha gam were pretty nice, though a little more on the surface level. The reputation of them in greek life here is that they’re probably the most stereotypical sorority girl types and some are big partiers. If you want a sorority that judges you based on looks a lot then this would be one that fits, and you can assume what they prioritize and value in their members from that. Again the ones I’ve met were nice, just know that if you go with them then you’ll get the rep of classy but empty headed attached with that, and if that’s what you want then great! but if you’re looking for more out of a sorority then fresh social media content then i’d look at others.

There are some really jealous people ranking these girls like they are. I have never seen or heard these girls be mean. They have a very strong sisterhood and would do anything for each other.

During recruitment last year they only paid attention to girls' GPA instead of girls who actually cared about the sorority and their philanthropy. After the first round they upset so many girls that got dropped because they didn't have a perfect GPA. Since they only care about academics, their sisterhood is incredibly lacking and there is lots of drama between members. Academics are very important but every sorority should care about their member's success and their development in college. Kinda fake that their one personality trait is that they have the highest GPA on campus.
