AOII is full of the most genuine girls I have met so far. They are all so kind and have a true sisterhood that shines through. Definetley one of the top sorority’s if not the top.

Very genuine and themselves. I love how this sorority is not fake or the “classic” movie sorority. Sigma kappa is absolutely amazing and very open minded.

the most genuine and sweet sorority on campus! definitely the most chill out of all the other sororities and super diverse. just very well rounded overall. if you’re looking for good, long lasting friends sigma kappa is the way to go.

This has become one of the best sororities on campus. The girls know what they are doing and are highly involved. They don’t drop girls based off gpa or looks but rather try to genuinely find the best girls on campus. Highly recommend having them on you top list of sororities.

DG is literally just there. They don’t do anything. They aren’t involved. They don’t do much with any other sororities or fraternities. If you want to join a good sisterhood at uab I would avoid DG and go either KD or AOII

I am a current member in agd, and it is our work week right now. the rules we have are insane and it has been the most miserable week ever. the things we are told sound so toxic and the way they are telling us to pretend to be around PNMs is unacceptable. they are encouraging us to be fake and have superficial conversations. our image is the only thing they care about, and they spend more time worrying abt that than worrying abt the happiness of all of us. i’m so ready for this week to be over and i’m only posting this to keep pnms from having the same experience as me and feeling stuck in this chapter now. they fine us for everything and everything is mandatory. if you talk to a girl from this chapter during recruitment just be careful and know that they are not being genuine whatsoever.

I’m a current alpha gam and can say this sisterhood is focused more on their image and pretty looks rather than friendships and sisterhood. They spend more time editing photos than they do actually spending time getting to know each other. They have no involvement on campus and have been threatened to be kicked off several times for violating regulations. They even have a budget set aside just for fines. May seem great on the outside but inside this sisterhood is broken.

all of the alpha xis i know are so friendly and genuine!!! i know that anyone i turn to they will be there for me no matter what!!

Going through rush, I was excited to go into this chapter the first night but they have just been a disappointment from the beginning. They dropped girls the first day of rush because their high school gpa didn't live up to their "4.0" gpa which who knows if that is even the truth since they lie about everything else and are out partying every single night. They are toxic and make it seem like their sisterhood is so great during rush by posting cute pictures to make it seem like they have the best sisterhood when really they are just cliquey and aren't nice.
