sae at troy
by: Curious#2by: George
We had a great group of guys who were all true gentlemen, out of forty pledges eight if us were initiated in spring of 85, until yhe rest could make thier c averages, as SAE requires. Nobody got beat up, thrown out, pilllfered, or ostracized from our parties and fundraisers. We dribbled a basketball all the way from Montgomery to troy once for charity. The after party was a hoot as well, keg beer, punch, lots of food, as was the case when we threw a party, about once a month. We had some great little sisters too who helped with the parties, rushing, charity events, etc, etc. They were an integral part of the functioning if the fraternity. Anyway, I remember them as the salt of the earth, all willing to lend a helping hand and be a friend. Sorry to hear the chapter died out. Brother George "Edmund" Jordan Jr 1985-1990.
