If the planned shutdown happens, who will get the former SigEp house? Will the school make it a sorority?

The alumni say on Facebook, " We put in as much effort as those guys if not more to keep this place open. We don't like this any more than you do."

At this point in the year, it will be difficult to find a new organization to rent the house. Also the house needs to be renovated and upgraded.

Pretty sure they will renovate and upgrade this summer after they move out the frat boys who destroyed the house.

They haven't destroyed the house at all. Stop spreading rumors. Sig Eps are getting a raw deal and everybody who pays attention knows it.

KD has had the house for a few years on a lease with an option to buy but I'm not sure they have bought it yet

Sig Ep has problems they have to resolve with their nationals before they can have a house

Alumni gave away ownership of the house and donated it to Sig Ep nationals who rents it to KD for the past few years and for next year. Then another sorority or student group will get it.
