They are comparable to AGR, not by guys, but by rank. Middle Tier at best

AGR pairs better and functions better, but they also have a way cooler function area so houses want to go to AGR. Delts could go up or down, have some really cool guys, but also has some wierdos. Have some stuff to pull together.

Down to earth guys. Relaxed attitudes, but this also makes them pretty quiet. Of course not everyone fits this description, but it is how it is for the most part. Most of them can be described as introverts, but they really know how to throw down hard when it comes to it.
